1.GBD20矿用防爆振动传感器 产品概述

1.1 产品功能及用途

本说明适用于 GBD20 矿用本安型振动传感器（以下简称传感器）。

本系列传感器按 GB/T3836.4-2021《爆炸性环境第 4 部分：由本质安全型

“i"保护的设备》。

本传感器的元件为 GBD20，适用于对煤矿机电设备的振动进行连续测量,具有爆炸性气体的混合物场所中使用，传递 4-20mA 的电信号，为电机等设备的专用传感器，也可测量其它机电设备的振动变化情况。

1.2 防爆型式和防爆标志

a) 传感器防爆型式：矿用本质安全型

b) 防爆标志为：“Ex ib I Mb"

2. 环境和贮运条件

2.1 传感器工作环境条件：

a) 环境温度：0℃～＋40℃；

b) 相对湿度：不大于 95﹪（25℃）；

c) 具有甲烷及煤尘爆炸性的煤矿井下；

d) 大气压力： 80kPa～116kPa;

e) 在无破坏绝缘的腐蚀性气体环境中。

2.2 传感器应能承受的恶劣的贮运条件：

a) 环境温度：－40℃～＋60℃

b) 平均相对湿度：不大于 95%（+25℃）；

c) 振动：50m/s²；

d) 冲击：500m/s²。

1. Product Overview of GBD20 Mine Explosion-proof Vibration Sensor

1.1 Product Function and Purpose

This manual applies to the GBD20 mine intrinsically safe vibration sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor).

This series of sensors complies with GB/T3836.4-2021 "Explosive Environments - Part 4: Equipment Protected by Intrinsic Safety "i"".

The model of this sensor is GBD20, which is suitable for continuous measurement of vibration of coal mine electromechanical equipment. It can be used in places with explosive gas mixtures, transmit 4-20mA electrical signals, and is a special sensor for motors and other equipment. It can also measure the vibration changes of other electromechanical equipment.

1.2 Explosion-proof Type and Explosion-proof Marking

a) Explosion-proof type of the sensor: Mine intrinsically safe type

b) Explosion-proof marking: "Ex ib I Mb"

2. Environmental, Storage and Transportation Conditions

2.1 Operating Environment Conditions of the Sensor:

a) Ambient temperature: 0℃～＋40℃;

b) Relative humidity: not more than 95% (25℃);

c) Underground coal mines with methane and coal dust explosion risks;

d) Atmospheric pressure: 80kPa～116kPa;

e) In an environment free of corrosive gases that damage insulation.

2.2 Severe Storage and Transportation Conditions That the Sensor Can Withstand:
